Your phone, laptop and desktop, as one.

Saiph links your Android phone to every computer you own, the way Apple devices work together. Texts, calls, notifications, clipboard, photos and files follow you from screen to screen, over a private connection you own.

Development preview. Public downloads and paid Hosted are not open. GitHub access is currently limited to invited collaborators.

What we are building

Everything your phone knows, on the screen you're using.

These animations illustrate the intended experience. Release builds and acceptance checks are still in progress.

Private by design

Every device has its own key. Pairing uses one-time invitations, and you can revoke a lost device instantly.

Updates itself

Check for updates from Settings. Upgrades keep your data, back up first and roll back if something fails.

Two ways to run it

Self-hosting, with managed hosting in development.

Saiph needs a small always-on Hub that your devices talk through. The self-hosted design runs on your own server. Managed hosting is being prepared and subscriptions are not open.

Self-hosted

Free forever

Your server, your network, your data. No account with us, no licence check, nothing phoning home.

  • Every feature, no limits
  • Runs on a Raspberry Pi, home server or any Ubuntu/Debian box
  • Guided installer, one-click updates with rollback
  • Optional synced Cloud folder and encrypted backups

Security first

Your phone is the most personal thing you own. We treat it that way.

Saiph was built around one rule: your messages, notifications and files belong on your devices, not on someone else's server.

  • Device keys never leave the device. Each phone and computer generates its own keys and stores them in the OS keystore (Windows DPAPI, Linux Secret Service, Android Keystore).
  • Signed, replay-proof requests. Every request is signed by the sending device, with timestamps and one-time nonces, so it can't be forged or replayed.
  • Private self-hosted network. The self-hosted Hub is intended for your private mesh. Hosted development uses an authenticated HTTPS API.
  • Revoke in one click. Lost a laptop? Remove it and it's cut off immediately.
  • Agents ask first. Automations and assistants get finite, scoped access, and anything that leaves your phone waits for your approval.
  • Review before release. Source publication, signed release verification and independent Hosted security review remain launch work.
Open source

Source publication is planned.

The desktop app and Hub are licensed AGPL-3.0; the Android app is GPL-3.0. The repository remains private during development. Public source and download access will be announced separately.
